You will RENT DIRECTLY FROM THE OWNER (Mike Daus), who will personally respond to your inquiry, not an agent or representative; and, the rates are competitively priced. The owner has over thirty years of experience with investing and managing rental property in Jackson Hole, and holds a Wyoming Associate Broker real estate license. The owner is also a retired firefighter; and, PSIA certified ski instructor.
Enjoy forested views both up the mountain, and of the Jackson Hole valley below from the private balconies and patios. Plus, wildlife visits are common, so bring a camera! A large great room with vaulted ceiling is bright with natural light; and, the house is warmed by state-of-the-art hydronic floor heating with individual smart home controls in each room.
The comfortable living spaces have large flat-scree smart TVs; where you can watch cable channels, or connect to your favorite sports, channels, streaming services, gaming, music, or even cast from your portable device.
CHEF'S KITCHEN: The main house has a contemporary open kitchen, which is perfect for conversation while creating culinary masterpieces. Appliances include a full size refrigerator, freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, propane gas range, electric oven, warming drawer, wine and beverage coolers with additional ice maker at attached bar. There's instant hot water at the kitchen sink and an in-sink disposer.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedrooms have large closets, flat screen televisions and separate bathrooms. There are three king beds in separate rooms; plus, the bunk room which accommodates up to four. All are appointed with hotel style comforters. There are no hideaway (folding) beds, but a fold away crib is available. Fresh linens are provided at the start of every stay. Bedding for ten adults. Two children’s size air mattresses, and one crib. Plenty of extra linens.
The guesthouse wing includes 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, a sleeping loft; and, can accommodate an additional seven guests.
KEEPING ORGANIZED: Secure ski storage is available in the the two-car heated garage space. There’s plenty of closets and room to put away your cloths and feel right at home.
EXTRA TOUCHES: The home is furnished with wireless internet, high quality linens, bath amenities, boot dryer, and the kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cookware, and coffee maker (drip and K-cup); as well as, coffee filters, napkins, paper towels, and garbage bags. No need to buy water bottles either--Teton Village's water supply is some of the best tasting water in the area!
SERVICES: Housekeeping is provided upon departure, and additional services can be arranged (chef, groceries, catering, mid-stay cleaning, professional event planning, etc.).
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! All that Teton Village has to offer is only a few minutes away by foot including the Mangy Moose and Four Seasons Resort--it actually takes longer if you drive! In addition to the ski resort, you'll have easy access to nearby shopping, dining, nightlife, spas, sightseeing, and more. The entrance to Grand Teton National Park is one mile from the front door, Yellowstone is one hour away, and the town of Jackson is a beautiful 20 minute drive.
Many guests like the freedom of a rental car to visit other attractions in the valley, but others rely on the Jackson Hole START Bus ('transit with a view!') which accesses the Town of Jackson with its additional shopping, restaurants and bars. The Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is serviced year round by mainline air carriers American, Delta, and United; and, is about 30-40 minutes away by car, shuttle, or taxi.
Garage parking is available for up to two vehicles; and, additional driveway parking may be available upon request.
Seven night (or longer) stays are preferred, and offer the best discounts. During peak demand, owner may require a higher minimum number of nights.
Pets/Animals (one dog only): Please read carefully to avoid cancellation, charges against deposit, or loss of reservation.
The animal must be disclosed at time of booking or requested in advance. There’s no additional charge or deposit required; however, please limit your furry friends to one dog. We do have someone with allergies in our household; and therefore, cannot accept every type of animal. The dog should be traveling with its owner, house trained, in good health, spayed/neutered, and have lived with and in dog owner’s household for the most recent two years. Sorry, no pups or recent adoptees (they’re still getting to know you and/or our world); however, we’d love to welcome you back with them in a year or two. If you’re not sure, please ask. The dog must be housebroken and may not be left unattended in the rental.
Service/Support Animal’s (please review above terms as they will apply). Unfortunately there are those who would make it harder for legitimate service/support animal owners. Therefore, we appreciate your careful review of these terms which comply with VRBO‘s policies. We will not require information on any individual’s disability. However at the time of booking, please provide information on what work or task the animal has been trained to perform, which guest this animal will be assisting, and if there’s any potential allergen issues that we should discuss prior to confirming your reservation. The animal must be housebroken and may not be left unattended in the rental. Laws support that failure to accurately disclose pet or service/support animal’s information may result in forfeiture of reservation and deposit; anytime, from between inquiry up to and during stay.
